Take it for what it is. I don’t think South east Susquehanna has 13” on the ground. It’s informative though.

I was told by someone who has friends in honesdale that they received around 12-13” from the last storm, so the 13” could be accurate.

Had to check it out for myself. The Wife and I rode to the Windmills above Waymart. That part of the trail system had some good coverage and made for some nice riding after the groomer went through.
