Trail conditions

1/6/2010 trails are snow covered but still very thin for riding.

Picked up an inch of snow last night which helped, but still be on the
look out for stumps, rocks, etc..

Looks like we might get some snow this weekend which will help a lot !!

Bridge Fixed

Allen Coy and John Harding spent time Sunday afternoon fixing the bridge
on the rail bed trail behind McDonald’s (Montrose)

(Special thanks to all the 4-wheeler riders who offered to fix the
bridge, with you guys the bridge would still need to be repaired)

(also would like to inform the gentleman on the -4wheeler who came
through the trail as we were fixing the bridge and asked

“what you guys doing, fixing the bridge?”    Yes, sir the bridge is
fixed

Riding Conditions?

How are the general riding conditions right now?  Have you guys been able to get through most of the trails?  Is there enough snow or is it rough?

I’ll be up there in just over two weeks, and I’m anxious to get out riding!  In case anyone is wondering… there isn’t any snow down here grin...  just spearfishing!
